SB 79 passed this year and will become effective on July 1st, 2026. Elected Los Angeles City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto has been given authority by the LA City Council to sue the State of California on SB 79.
She needs your help! SB 79 will cost your local city millions, Wall Street will profit, and Main Street will pay.
