Rob Gaddis is a Board Member and also serves as Treasurer of Our Neighborhood Voices. He is a Redondo Beach-based corporate Chief Financial Officer with more than two decades of experience. He has served on the City of Redondo Beach Planning Commission since 2021, where he also served as Chairman. From 2017 to 2024 he served on the City of Redondo Beach General Plan Advisory Committee. He worked with ONV founder Bill Brand on campaigns and land-use issues and initiatives starting in 2011. Rob has worked with ONV since its inception. 

He is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, and has a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance.
